Attorney Nicole B. Phillips devotes her practice to the areas of family law, estate planning, bankruptcy and personal injury.  She is an experienced trial attorney who has tried numerous bench trials during her career.  

 

Soon after graduating from The University of South Dakota, she attended Oklahoma City University School of Law to obtain her law degree. Nicole built her first successful law practice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she focused on Family Law, Estate Planning and Personal Injury law for over 7 years. After relocating, she successfully built her second law practice in downtown Sherman, Texas.  Realizing her clients often found themselves in difficult financial situations following a major life change, she included Bankruptcy to her practice as well in order to help some of her clients with the next step of their new life path.
